The session conducted for the Department of Computer and Communication Engineering at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering was a meaningful and inspiring interaction focused on motivation, career growth, and the evolving journey of becoming a successful technologist. As an alumnus returning to my college, I delivered a motivational talk that blended personal career experiences, lessons learned, and practical guidance for students beginning their professional journeys. I shared insights about persistence, curiosity, and the mindset required to grow in today’s tech-driven world. While I aimed to inspire the students, their energy, responses, and thoughtful questions also motivated me in return—reminding me of why knowledge-sharing is so powerful.
