Event Summary#
I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Sri Eshwar College of Engineering for the first-year students’ project showcase, an event focused on encouraging innovation and practical thinking among young engineers.
The showcase was filled with creative energy and fresh perspectives, as students presented their business ideas aimed at solving real-world problems. It was inspiring to see how early in their academic journey, these students were already thinking beyond textbooks and exploring practical, impactful solutions.

Each team demonstrated:
- Clear problem understanding
- Innovative solution approaches
- Strong presentation skills
- Passion and confidence in their ideas
The event was not just about showcasing projects—it was about nurturing a mindset of innovation, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship.
Interacting with these young minds was truly refreshing. Their curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback created a vibrant and engaging environment throughout the event.
This experience highlighted an important realization: The future of technology is in the hands of students who are willing to think differently and act boldly.
My Contribution#
I was honored to be part of the evaluation panel, where I contributed as a mentor, evaluator, and knowledge contributor.
My contributions included:
- Project Evaluation: Assessed student projects based on innovation, feasibility, and real-world applicability.
- Providing Constructive Feedback: Guided students on how to improve their ideas, refine their approach, and think more critically about their solutions.
- Technical Knowledge Sharing: Answered student queries, shared industry insights, and helped bridge the gap between academic concepts and practical implementation.
- Encouraging Young Innovators: Motivated students to continue exploring, experimenting, and building solutions with confidence.
- Interactive Mentorship: Engaged in meaningful conversations with students, helping them expand their thinking and consider new possibilities.

This experience was not just about evaluation—it was about supporting and inspiring the next generation of engineers.
Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such an enriching initiative, and looking forward to more experiences where I can mentor, guide, and learn alongside young innovators.
